Directions from Boston/North

Take the Mass Turnpike to Exit 11A (I-495 South) toward Cape Cod.

Take 1st exit (21B, West Main Street, Upton). Stay in right lane off exit, straight through light.

Continue 4.7 miles to light at Route 140. Turn right at light.

Continue ½ mile; turn left onto Williams Street. If you drive past a pond on your left, you’ve gone too far.

Follow Williams Street 2.1 miles to the end. Turn left onto Providence Road (Route 122 South). Continue approx. 1 mile to a large brick mill building on the right. At the end of the building, turn right at the flashing light onto Sutton Road.

The parking lot is immediately on the left between an old brick apartment building and a blue apartment building. It’s OK to park where the “Parking for Coz Realty Tenants Only” sign is. Polyfoam entrance is across the street at the corner of the mill building. We are up on the second floor.

Directions from Western Massachusetts.

Take the Mass Turnpike (90) East into Worcester.

Take the 146 South Exit.

Follow 146 to the Central Turnpike/Northbridge-Oxford Exit.

Take a left off the exit and go 5 miles to the second flashing light, Route 122.

Turn right into the parking lot just before the flashing light, between an old brick apartment building and a blue apartment building. It’s OK to park where the “Parking for Coz Realty Tenants Only” sign is. Polyfoam entrance is across the street at the corner of the mill building. We are up on the second floor.

Take 495 North to Exit 21B, West Main Street, Upton.

Stay in right lane off exit, straight through light.

Continue 4.7 miles to light at Route 140. Turn right at light.

Take 95 North to 295 North, to 146 North.

You will travel approximately 15-20 minutes to the Central Turnpike/Northbridge-Oxford Exit.
