Injection Molded Plastics

Plastic Injection Molding is a manufacturing process for producing parts from thermoplastic materials such as polystyrene. When heated, thermoplastics turn into a liquid that can be poured into a mold and cooled to form the desired shape. Polyfoam’s years of experience with manufacturing plastics coupled with our expertise in engineering and tooling results in only the highest quality of injection molded plastic parts and products.

We have over thirty years of experience in engineering and designing parts and building tools for an extensive array of product types and requirements

We design with SolidWorks solid modeling software, which is compatible with all major engineering design software programs

Our worldwide tooling sources are specially selected for each application based upon optimal fit in terms of design, materials, lead-time and cost
