Koolit Gel Packs

Koolit Gel Packs are flexible and fit well in shipping containers. They are attractive and economical, and are available in a wide variety of sizes, pouch materials, freezing points, and gel structures.

Koolit Gel Packs 500 Series

The 500 series Koolit gel packs feature a puncture resistant laminate foil film. The 0°C (32°F) CMC-based gel is non toxic, and is ideal for the shipment of refrigerated products. Saddlebags (SB) are designed to wrap around the uneven contour of the payload.

Koolit Gel Packs 500-ST Series

The 500 -ST series Koolit gel packs feature a puncture-resistant laminate foil film, with a “suppressed temperature” (ST) -23°C (-10°F) freezing point formula that is non toxic. This gel formulation is best for the shipment of products that must maintain below freezing temperatures.

Koolit Gel Packs 600 Series

The 600 series Koolit gel packs are ideal for on-time use shipments of refrigerated products. These economical gel packs feature a long lasting, non toxic 0°C (32°F) polymer gel formulation encased in a thick 5-mil white polyethylene pouch for dependability. For the shipment of refrigerated products. The 616SB2 saddlebag folds in half to fit inside an insulated envelope.

Koolit Gel Packs 616SB2-CMC Saddlebag

The 616SB2-CMC Koolit gel pack is encased in a thick 5-mil white polyethylene pouch for dependability. The gel pack can be folded in half to fit inside an insulated envelope. The 0oC (32oF) gel formulation is non toxic.

Koolit Gel Packs 800 Series

Koolit Foam Bricks

Koolit refrigerant bricks feature a 0°C (32°F) formulation, with a puncture resistant laminate foil film. They stay uniform in shape while frozen or thawed, and surpass all other refrigerants for cooling longevity. For shipment of refrigerated products.
